The Foundation of the Hellenic World, the Institute of Computer Science - FORTH, and the consortium of the TOURBOT research and development project have realized the first official presentation of TOURBOT at the cultural center "Hellenic Cosmos" on May 28 until June 2, 2001.

Web and on-site visitors have enjoyed guided tours by the robotic avatar LEFKOS, at the exhibition "4000 Years of Hellenic Costume".

Two more trial presentations will take place in year 2001. The first at Deutsches Museum Bonn and the second at Byzantine and Christian Museum of Athens
